Our new series is – Victorious Living – using the authority that is in the name of Jesus Christ. Our text is from 2 Corinthians 4: 18 while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.
Last week we talked about God’s words are to be eaten fresh daily, if not eaten fresh daily it will become stale. Question Someone asked me why do I feel so rotten and condemned inside of me? Answer – the reason is simple, because of sin. Sin is the one condemning you – not God. The bible says that Jesus was made sin for you so that you may become righteous. This means Jesus substituted Himself for you or exchanged His life for you. Don’t condemn yourself or allow anyone to condemn you. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you shall be saved. No condemnation for those in Christ Jesus. If you are in Christ Jesus, you are a brand new person.
Past History Credit history vs spiritual history Credit history simply means how you have handled your past credit. That is why when you want to make a big purchase, they pull your credit to determine what you qualify for. If you have a bad credit history, you may be denied credit but if you have good credit you will be approved with credit limit. Though you are approved you are limited by how much you can spend. Unlimited The spirit is unlimited. When God pulls your credit, He sees a clean slate. He sees righteousness, a royal child, blameless, approved for unlimited resources – with no credit limit.
