The title of the message today is – For with God nothing will be impossible.

Text today is taken from – Luke 1:37 & 45. 37. For with God nothing will be impossible. (NKJV). Or For no word from God shall be void of power. (ASV). 45. And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord. Let us put the text in the context in which it was spoken:

When the angel announced to Mary that she was going to have a baby, her initial response in Luke 1 verse 34 – was “how shall this be, seeing I know no man.” To help Mary in her walk of faith, the angel testified about her cousin, Elizabeth. The angel said to her, Mary, let me give you a testimony that can help you have faith to believe what I am telling you. You know your cousin Elizabeth, the old lady, “called barren” she is expecting a baby. So, when Mary heard that her cousin, Elizabeth, the barren woman was pregnant, I am sure she said within herself I can also believe God for the impossible that God just told me. The testimony of The Lord says your barrenness or circumstances can be reversed if you can believe nothing is impossible with God.

You can ask God questions, when you are faced with impossibilities or God tells you to do the impossible, you can ask The Lord, how can this be since I know no person to help me? I am sure that God will show you or reveal to you some testimonies of others that will help you believe God for your own need. The testimony about Elizabeth helped her to believe God. She went right away to Elizabeth’s house and was with her for three months. Study the testimonies of others to see how they had their breakthrough for your breakthrough.

The bible says in Psalm 19:7 The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple. When we connect the dots of both scriptures, Mark 9:23 and Luke 1:37 we will have – If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes that nothing is impossible with God.
