Why people came to Jesus:

Simply because of His love and compassion. He never turned anyone away who came to Him. His promise still stands today – whoever comes to me, I will never reject or drive away. John 6:37.

Suddenly, a man with leprosy approached Jesus (Matt. 8:2).

A Roman officer came and pleaded with him Jesus… (Matt. 8:5).

That evening many demon-possessed people were brought to Jesus (Matt. 8:16).

“Some people brought to him a paralyzed man on a mat (Matt. 9:2).

The thief on the cross asked for help. Luke 23:39-43

The prostitute came to Him. Luke 7:36–50

Adulterer came to Him. John 8:1-11

The woman who was bleeding to death who sold all she had for medical bills no could cure came to Jesus. Luke 8:43-48.

Some came seeking healing; some lost their loved ones, some were rejected by society, some were demon-possessed, some were hungry, some were business people who were on the brink of bankruptcy (fishermen who caught no fish all night), some were beggars, the list goes on. No one who came to Jesus was ever rejected. He honored and respected them.

Don’t let life’s challenges beat you down before you come to Jesus. Come to Him today as you are for all your needs. Bring your sins, wounded Spirit, soul, and body, your hurts to Jesus; he is waiting to restore you.
